The path to yoga for Shannon was short and direct. After enjoying relatively good health for most of her life, she suddenly developed severe respiratory and autoimmune related disorders and struggled with her health for years.  On a whim, a friend suggested they attend a series of Kundalini classes.  After only a few months, Shannon's health and breathing had improved so much that she was inspired to become a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor so that she could help others realize the powerful benefits of this technology. Having experienced firsthand the transformative potential of regular Kundalini Yoga practice, she continues to be both amazed and grateful that she's now able to share this knowledge with others so that they might begin their own process of mental, physical, and spiritual self-healing. The positive energy of this path to wellbeing is evident in her classes which are both rejuvenating and relaxing and are filled with the uplifting sounds of music and mantra.
